Taking a chance, I turned my back on a career in medicine to chase my dream in yoga leggings. Everyone thought I was crazy (sometimes I did, too), but I didn’t let that stop me.

Believing in myself when no one else did, I went from teaching in studios to hosting international retreats and workshops in Bali, Singapore, and Tokyo…in less than 2 years!

You see, my story is often your story.

And guess what? I can help this be your reality, too. I see you… The potential, promise, and possibilities.

I had surpassed my wildest dreams.

Combining soulful programs, courses & services with inner work so YOU can live an aligned and authentic life!

Soon after, I launched OM Life Living, OM Life Business, and OM Life Creative.

But like many Soulpreneurs who want to share their gifts with the world, I was barely making ends meet. So, I spent years perfecting content creation, became REAL clear on who I am, and embodied what truly made me different.
