Yes, You Can!

Taking a chance, I turned my back on a very logical and stable future  in medicine for the less rational, uncertain chase of dreams in yoga leggings. Everyone thought I was crazy (sometimes I did, too), but I didn’t (I couldn't...) let that stop me.  My heart called too loudly.

Believing in myself when no one else did, I went from teaching in studios to hosting international retreats to taking it all online - launching Om Life Living…I thought I had achieved the dream!

You see, my story is often your story.

Combining all the gifts I had received from Yoga, my students, and my community, I set out to create soulful programs & services to help others live THEIR dreams! 

...because ultimately - it's all one.

As one dream was achieved,
another was born.

Little did I know, my journey was just beginning.  Happiness ✔️ Travel ✔️ Freedom ✔️ Physical Well-being ✔️ but something was still missing...
